A TikToker alleged that his Primary 3 son was punched by a bully in a video that went viral on Oct 7.

But the boy whom TikToker emceejohnny accused in the video did not hit his son, said the principal of River Valley Primary School, Mrs Jennifer Pang.

The video shows the TikToker's son being held by a woman with both faces obscured by a large crying emoji. They looked like they were in a hospital.

The TikToker, who can't be seen in video except for his hand, can be heard ranting: "This is River Valley Primary School ah. Very good school."

He claimed: "Today recess time my son got bullied by another Primary 3 student."

Addressing the alleged bully, the TikToker said: "You snatch my son's wallet already, he chase you, still got the cheek to box him like that ah?

"After that, he concussion. And after that, he become dizzy. And then after that, he go back to his table, you can still take his snack away to eat ah."

The father was upset that when his son told a teacher he was dizzy, the boy was just told to sit in the sick bay.

"You all should have gotten a paramedic to check on him," said the TikToker.

"For one, two hours and not rectified, he could have become a vegetable, okay?

"And then when I went to the school to see him, I've got to call the police and the ambulance myself ah."

The father said later in the video: "We came to the hospital from 2pm and now what's the time? What's the time now? 7.30pm we're still here ah.

"He's suffering and he's afraid to go school now because of this bully incident.

"River Valley Primary School, this is how you all handle, is it?"

In response to a Stomp query, Mrs Pang said the school is aware of the incident, which involved three Primary 3 students and took place during recess on Oct 6.

The school's investigations established that during recess, the alleged bully had taken the TikToker's son's wallet and snack.

The TikToker's son and his friend then chased the boy around the canteen during which the friends accidentally hit the son's lips with the wallet during the tussle.

The boy did not "punch" the TikToker's son as alleged by the father, said the principal.

She added: "The school will help the students learn from the incident and work towards a positive resolution of the matter.

"Meanwhile, the school is also in the process of engaging the parents of all students involved, to share what had transpired during the recess incident so that they can monitor their children's well-being."
