Stomper upset after delivery courier drops fragile parcel at doorstep
A woman was dismayed after a delivery courier dropped her package in front of her Bukit Batok home, despite it being labelled as fragile.
Stomper Anonymous shared the incident occurred on Sept 23 at about 4.19pm.
In footage shared with Stomp, a woman can be seen delivering the parcel before letting it fall to the ground in front of the unit.
"My parcel was thrown while delivering it," said the Stomper, highlighting that the package had a label that explicitly instructed: "Handle with care; FRAGILE."
She said this is the first time she has experienced this.
"I feel disappointed with such a service," she added.
"This shows that J&T Express does not care about our packages. There were big and small claw clips inside the package."
