Stomper rages after catching people vaping at different bus stops few days apart
A man has had enough after catching two people vaping at bus stops on different days.
Stomper W spotted a man vaping at Block 485 Segar Road bus stop at 3.28pm on June 9.
"It is illegal everywhere," he said.
"Today I have already seen it twice, at the same place."
Just two days ago on June 7, he spotted a woman vaping at a Jurong East bus stop.
He remarked: "Such an elegant and decent-looking lady, so sad for her."
"It's getting out of hand," the Stomper asserted.
"There is no government, vaping is everywhere."
According to the Health Sciences Authority, e-vaporisers are known to contain harmful chemicals such as fine particulate matter, cancer-causing agents like carbonyls and volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde and benzene.
The purchase, possession and use of imitation tobacco products, which include e-vaporisers, is prohibited.
Any person who is convicted of possession, use and purchase of e-vaporisers is liable to a fine of up to $2,000.
