SPX parcels 'dumped' at Ang Mo Kio void deck, Shopee reviewing incident with courier
A resident was left frustrated after spotting several parcels allegedly left unattended at a void deck in Ang Mo Kio.
Stomper Lach shared with Stomp that he spotted the packages strewn across a void deck at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 on Oct 20 at about 2.15pm.
"The parcels were dumped at the void deck," he said.
"SPX courier didn't deliver them properly."
Photos shared by the Stomper show multiple packages with SPX labels left on the ground.
SPX is an independent third-party logistics service provider. While it supports Shopee's deliveries, it is not owned by Shopee and also provides logistics services to other platforms.
In response to a Stomp query, a Shopee spokesperson said: "We appreciate residents for sharing their feedback and take such matters seriously.
"We have worked with our third-party logistics partner to review the incident and to reinforce responsible delivery practices.
"We regret any inconvenience caused and remain committed to ensuring deliveries are conducted safely and responsibly."
