Speeding rider crashes into car changing lanes on PIE

A motorcyclist ended up slamming into two cars, on whose driver was changing lanes and another whose driver had come to a stop due to traffic on the Pan Island Expressway.
A video of the incident, credited to Jeffrey Chee, was posted on ROADS.sg.
The clip shows traffic coming to a standstill, so one driver tries to abruptly switch lanes.
However, a rider who comes speeding in ends up knocking into the car that is switching lanes.
The motorcyclist then knocks into the car that is in the lane next to it, before the rider goes crashing to the road.
Both drivers are seen getting out of their cars to check on the biker.
