So dark, and jogger crosses road without looking out for traffic during green light
Things could have gone very wrong for a jogger who crossed the road in the dark without keeping a lookout for oncoming traffic.
Stomper Nasri was travelling along Jurong West Street 91 on Friday night (June 12) when the incident occurred at around 9.56pm.
Nasri, who submitted dashcam footage of the incident said: "It was dark and this jogger just came out from the left side as captured in the dashcam.
"The jogger crossed the road without looking and focusing on the road when the traffic light was already green for cars to turn.
"Luckily, the car was moving slowly."
Asked how the encounter made him feel, Nasri told Stomp: "As a driver, I felt both shocked and angry at the same time.
"I want all pedestrians and joggers to be more vigilant of their surroundings."
