"So daring": E-scooter found charging at staircase of Bedok North block
A Stomper was surprised when he found an e-scooter being charged at a staircase landing at Block 107 Bedok North Road on Thursday evening (Mar 28).
He was visiting his mother-in-law when he saw the personal mobility device (PMD) parked at the landing between the sixth and seventh floor.
"So daring! This is my first time seeing someone using a public electricity outlet to charge their PMD," said the Stomper.
"I believe these outlets are used by cleaners to power their cleaning machines when they clean the blocks.
"I think this guy is very daring to steal electricity and charge his device like it's his own house."
