What is this person thinking, roller blading in the middle of Nicoll Highway?

Stomper Hans was shocked to see a man roller blading on a main road along Nicoll Highway, oblivious to the oncoming vehicles around him.

Said the Stomper:

"There were many buses and cars surrounding him.

"What was he thinking, roller blading on his 'grandfather's road'?"
