Round of applause for this driver's 'superb' parking skills at Circular Road

Stomper Shake Head shared with Stomp puzzling photos of a car parked too near to the rear of a car in front, that it prevented other drivers from driving out their parked cars. 

Said the Stomper: 

"I came across this poorly parked car this morning (Dec 15). 

"This car was situated too near to the car in front. How can that car's owner drive the car out? 

"Check out the outstanding amount of parking coupons on the car's windshield." 

One can't help but wonder how long has this car been parked there, and which inconsiderate driver it belongs to.
