Car completely engulfed in flames at West Coast Highway

Stomper Aaron saw a car engulfed in flames along West Coast Highway at 11.55pm yesterday (Mar 16).

The fire was subsequently put out by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).

Photos and a video the Stomper sent in shows that the car is barely visible as it is covered by the huge fire.

SCDF said it was alerted to the fire at 11.50pm.

"The fire, which engulfed the whole car, was put out by the SCDF using one water jet," said an SCDF spokesperson.

There were no reported injuries.
