Golfer looking for lost ball finds bird camouflaged like snake instead

Stomper Casey was at the NSRCC Kranji Sanctuary Golf Course when he spotted something out of the ordinary among some scattered leaves.
In a WhatsApp message, the Stomper said he was looking for a lost ball and thought he saw a snake staring at him.
Upon closer inspection however, he realised that it was actually a well-camouflaged bird that was nestled on the ground.
Casey thinks the bird might be trying to hatch its eggs.
He said that it was still on the ground in the same position when he went back to the same spot in the golf course one week later.
