'Man-made waterfall' and ponding at NTU after heavy downpour

Ponding was sighted at Nanyang Technological University after the downpour yesterday (Dec 22) afternoon.
Stomper Quan took notice of this dangerous sight and observed that the "man-made waterfall" made it unable to see the ground.
Water was seen gushing out from the drain and flooded the whole walkway leading to the bus stop.
The Stomper said: "You couldn't even see the hazards on the ground. Anyone could have fallen into the drain."
