Is this an e-bike or motorcycle?

Stomper John was driving in Geylang on 13 Dec at around 12.06am when he spotted an odd-looking vehicle.

According to the Stomper:

"This two wheeled contraption...looks too odd to be a legit motorcycle.

"Firstly, I would be able to smell the exhaust whenever I am behind a motorcycle (my car's air circulation thingy isn't that good),

"Secondly, the tyres are very weird in shape (I've been on the road long enough to notice anything out of the ordinary).

"The bike's license plate was hardly visible as well.

"From the video, it is evident that he was weaving in and out of traffic.

"Such riders need to be educated on highway codes, or pose a risk of accidents to themselves."
