Group of cyclists hold up traffic by hogging middle lane at Tanglin Road

Stomper Anthony was riding in a bus along Tanglin Road towards Orchard Road yesterday morning (Nov 5) when he saw a group of cyclists holding up traffic.
The cyclists occupied the second rightmost lane.
Said Anthony:
"It It was very inconsiderate of them holding up traffic like that.
"They are not following road laws and regulations.
"They just expect others to give way to them."
