Ghost of boy in this photo? Stomper thinks so

Stomper Jack was scrolling through Instagram when he chanced upon this photo posted by a user.
On first glance it looked a normal photo, but "something weird on the left" caught the Stomper's eye.
He said, "It really creeped me out! Might just be weird pixellation, I don't know."
