Fire breaks out at 18 Woodlands Terrace: No injuries reported

A fire broke out at Koufu Pte Ltd located at 18 Woodlands Terrace this afternoon (Jan 4) at 3.33pm.

Stomper Addram happened to be in the vicinity and took a video of smoke rising from the building.

"I saw thick smoke rising from the building, I hope no one is injured," added Addram.

Said a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesperson:

"SCDF was alerted to a fire at number 18 Woodlands Terrace at about 3.40pm.

"SCDF dispatched two fire engines, two red rhinos, two fire bikes, and two support vehicles to the location.

"The fire which involved a kitchen duct was extinguished using a compressed air foam backpack.

"There were no reported injures and the cause of fire is being investigated."
