Don't you know this is a non-smoking area?

Stomper Edwina caught this man smoking at sheltered walkway at Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC) at 5.50pm yesterday (Nov 16), even though smoking is prohibited at sheltered walkways.

Under the Smoking Prohibition Act by the National Environment Agency (NEA), smoking is banned at numerous public areas like sheltered linkways and covered drop-off points.

However, smoking is allowed at these prohibited areas if there are designated areas for it.
