Silver van topples over at Adam Rd, massive jam ensues
A silver van toppled over in an accident at Adam Road towards Lornie Road this morning (May 12) at around 10.40am.
Stomper Adrian and Jonathan who were in the vicinity alerted Stomp to the incident.
Adrian, who was in a cab by the site at around 12.15pm told Stomp:
“There was a big jam on the road due to the accident.
“It didn’t help that it was raining.
“I not sure if anyone was hurt but there was a police patrol at the scene.”
The police has issued an official statement on the accident:
“On May 12, 2017, at 10.42am, the police were alerted to an accident involving a van along Adam Road towards Lornie Road.
“A 39-year-old male van driver and his 35-year-old passenger were conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH).
“Police investigations are ongoing.”
