Road works along Kramat Lane during peak hour leads to traffic jam

Stomper Andy came across a traffic jam along Kramat Lane today (May 12) at around 5.15pm as road works were going on.

In a telephone interview, the Stomper said that he saw workers digging on the road.

A video he sent shows a huge hole occupying almost an entire lane. A crane was beside the rectangular hole.

The road works caused a traffic jam and vehicles were moving very slowing along Kramat Road.

Said Andy with regard to what he saw:

"I think this is a bad time for road works as it is the evening peak hour.

"Drivers were horning and traffic was moving very slowly."

There was still a jam when the Stomper went back to the area at around 6.15pm.
