Queen's Rd resident uses fitness corner as personal laundry yard
We all know how innovative Singaporeans can be when faced with certain problems but Stomper Christabel was shocked at how one of her neighbours dealt with not having enough space to hang their laundry.
She saw bedsheets spread out on apparatus in a fitness corner in her neighbourhood at Block 1 Queen's Road on Jan 6.
Various items of clothing were spread out on benches there too.
"Who turned our estate into a laundry yard?" exclaimed the Stomper.
She added that this is the first time that she has seen something like this.
"Previously, I have seen people bringing chairs down to sun their linens.
"However, this time, the whole exercise space was koped!
"Absolutely ridiculous!"
