The police are investigating an incident in which a man allegedly threw a rubbish bin onto a road in Pasir Ris, blocking traffic.

Stomper Lee alerted Stomp to a video posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.

According to the post, the incident happened near Block 442 Pasir Ris Drive 6 on Jan 5.

In the video, three men are seen walking away from the road where a rubbish bin is lying in pieces. The debris blocks traffic from passing.

A vehicle is heard honking and one of the men gestures at the driver to move forward in response.

A woman is heard in the clip telling her companion to 'ignore them' and not to get into 'trouble'.

The post said the man who allegedly threw the bin is believed to have been drunk.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at about 11.40pm.

Police investigations are ongoing.
