In dashcam footage of the accident uploaded to Facebook page SG Road Vigilante, two pedestrians are seen crossing the road before being struck and flung into the air by an oncoming car.

In the video, the traffic light appears to be red, and a car horn can also be heard right before the incident.

One pedestrian, a woman, clutches her head and turns to lie on her side after she landed on her back. The other pedestrian remains squatting on the ground after landing on all fours.

The driver and her front seat passenger are seen exiting the car and approaching them before the footage cuts off.

Police investigations are ongoing.
