A passer-by helped a Traffic Police (TP) officer pin down a motorist who tried to flee after failing a breathalyser test.
According to Lianhe Wanbao, the incident happened at 8am yesterday (March 2) near Block 70 Telok Blangah Heights.
The TP officer had initially found the driver sleeping in his car.
The police said that a 28-year-old man was arrested for drink-driving and assaulting an officer.
