Pasir Ris condo resident says deliveryman 'always throws packages', staff reminded of proper handling
A resident of Ripple Bay condominium in Pasir Ris has raised concerns about a deliveryman who he says 'always throws packages' when making deliveries to his home.
Stomper AL shared footage taken from his doorbell camera at 10 Pasir Ris Link, showing a deliveryman dropping a parcel onto the floor on June 5 at about 12.53pm.
A loud thud is heard as the package hits the ground.
“This deliveryman always throws packages,” said the Stomper, expressing frustration at the repeated behaviour.
Stomp understands that Shopee is working closely with its fulfilment partner to ensure that the delivery staff involved has been reminded of proper parcel handling.
The partner has also reinforced these standards across its wider team.
Users are encouraged to report any delivery issues through Shopee's in-app Help Centre and all valid cases of return or refund will be fully supported by its teams.
