It was all caught on camera.

A delivery man left a small parcel on the ground outside a Jurong West flat on the night of Sept 1.

In the morning before 6am, the package was kicked by one neighbour and then taken by another.

The parcel belonged to Stomper K, who shared CCTV footage of the kicking and the alleged theft.

It was not the first time this has happened.

"As a single mother living alone with a toddler, I usually get things delivered to my home," said the Stomper.

"My neighbours are either kicking my parcels or stealing my parcels. I have a lot of parcels missing. It is always taken by the same uncle.

"I've lost close to a thousand bucks, including milk powder that was stolen. My friend sent an air fryer and induction cooker, and he took them too."

The package that was taken on Sept 2 contained cosmetics.

The Stomper alleged that the same man has been stealing her parcels since she moved there.

"I've confronted him. However, he kept avoiding me and didn't want to return my parcels," she said.

"He is very aggressive when approached. I've never mentioned my name to him, but he knew it because he always took my parcels.

"I've tried contacting police in the past. However, they told me to install CCTV."

Which she did recently and recorded the incidents on Sept 2. The single mum then went to the police with the evidence the same morning.

In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that a report was lodged and investigations are ongoing.

The Stomper said the police contacted her on Sept 7 and took another statement from her the next day.

She added: "My purpose is to bring awareness."
