Christmas is the season of giving and receiving.

Thanks to the Assurance Package, Singaporeans aged 21 and above received between $200 and $800 in December.

Miss Emily Yap, 24, and other volunteers from Dunearn Youth shared their cash payouts by using the money to buy goodies for the needy on Dec 9.

The care packages consisted of noodles, biscuits and oatmeal cookies.

The Ministry of Finance posted a video of the volunteers delivering the festive care packages to the elderly and vulnerable families in Clementi as part of the group's yearly initiative to donate part of their Assurance Package cash payouts to uplift the community.
