Motorcyclist, 27, dies after being run over by truck along Upper Thomson Road
A 27-year-old motorcyclist died after an accident involving a tipper truck and a car near 244 Upper Thomson Road earlier today (May 2) at 7.45am.
Stomper Charlene alerted Stomp to the fatal accident after passing by the scene, located towards Lornie Road after Jalan Todak.
Photos that Stomp received from her and Stomper Timoteus show a death tent and Traffic Police officers at the location.
According to Charlene, the R15 rider suffered head injuries.
Stomp understands that the victim is believed to have lost control of his motorcycle and fallen off, before the truck ran over him.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics, said the Police in response to queries by Stomp.
Investigations are ongoing.
