Motorcycle left lying on road at Woodlands St 13

Stomper Ming Feng ws passing by Woodlands Street 13 at 1pm today (Jul 2) when he saw a motorcycle left in the middle of the road in front of Block 178.

A motorcycle from NTUC Income’s Orange Force was also at the scene.

Ming Feng said that he did not know if the motorcyclist was injured as he did not see him anywhere.
