Massive jam stretches from Khatib Camp after car overturns in accident on Sembawang Rd

Stomper Mark received a WhatsApp notification from a friend, warning him about a massive jam stretching from Khatib Camp towards Sembawang Road towards the Central Expressway (CTE), after an accident in which a car was overturned today (Feb 22) at around 9.45am.
Similar screenshots have since been circulating on WhatsApp, and according to the sender, two lanes have been closed off in response to the accident.
Said Mark:
“I’m not sure what happened.
“I simply received the WhatsApp message early this morning.
"Hope drivers stay safe."
