A 58-year-old man sustained minor injuries after a dispute erupted at Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Market and Hawker Centre on Sept 30.

Stomper Wei Sien alerted Stomp to the incident and shared clips of a group of man shouting at each other.

He added that it was unclear what they were arguing about.

A man wearing a plaid shirt is heard accusing another of "blocking" him. He also hurls a vulgarity at the other party.

Some shoving is witnessed before a woman in pink pulls the man wearing the plaid shirt away from the area.

"I called the police for assistance," said the Stomper.

A police officer is later seen talking to patrons at the hawker centre.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to a call for assistance at 210 Lorong 8 Toa Payoh at 11.55pm.

The 58-year-old man who sustained minor injuries refused to be taken to hospital, a police spokesperson said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
