Man staggers onto road and raises arms at oncoming car at Bedok North Road
A man was seen staggering onto Bedok North Road and raising his arms at an oncoming car on Jan 22.
Stomper Jasmine shared a video of the incident and said her husband encountered the man while he was driving at about 7.30pm.
In the video, her husband is just about to turn into a carpark when the man unexpectedly steps onto the road and suddenly stops with his arms raised above his head.
The man appears to walk with a limp.
"My husband was shocked," said the Stomper.
"The man was shouting but couldn't be heard clearly so my husband just ignored him and drove away."
