Man sits on AYE looking at his phone with drink cans in front of him as traffic whizzes by

A man was caught on camera sitting on the road at the Ayah Rajah Expressway (AYE) as traffic whizzed by mere metres from him.
According to SG Road Vigilante, who shared the video, the incident took place on May 25.
In the video, the man can be seen looking at his phone with two drink cans in front of him as vehicles entered the expressway via a slip road next to him.
The person who took the video appeared to be in a vehicle that had stopped in front of the man.
One YouTube user commented: "Kudos to cam car for shielding that guy from oncoming traffic."
Other netizens felt sorry for the man.
"Looks like he really needs help," said a Redditor.
