Man sent flying after crossing road too soon and getting hit by car in Geylang

A 37-year-old man was taken to hospital after he was hit by a car in Geylang on April 21.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at the junction of Geylang East Central and Aljunied Road at around 5.15pm.
The pedestrian was conscious when taken to hospital.
A video posted by SG Road Vigilante on Facebook shows how the man had crossed the road when the traffic light was not in his favour.
He is seen getting hit by the red car and sent flying.
Police investigations are ongoing.
