Man scared by 'ghostly figure' at Woodlands Waterfront at 6am -- until he went closer
It was a sight that would have frightened anyone, especially at 6am.
Stomper Andrew was doing his morning exercise at Woodlands Waterfront on May 16 when he saw a strange figure from afar.
He recounted: "I was shocked and scared to see what looked like a white-colored man standing near the beach."
It turns out that our minds can be over-active at times.
Andrew told Stomp: "Fortunately, I went closer and it turned out to be a large plastic sheet, so I reported it to the National Environment Agency."
