Man on train accuses another of pushing, threatens to punch him: 'I'm Singaporean, not Bangla'
In an argument between two men on an MRT train, one reiterated that he was a Singaporean and not a Bangladeshi.
Stomper Lim alerted Stomp to a video of the incident circulating online on Aug 13.
The minute-long video starts in medias res with the smaller man accusing a larger man, whose back was to the camera, of pushing the former.
A woman who appeared to be with the smaller man tried to interject but was largely ignored.
Scolding the larger man with a vulgarity, the smaller man sat down and added: "I'm Singaporean, not Bangla."
The larger man, who remained standing, replied: "I don't care who you are. Don't be a f***ing racist."
After the two traded more vulgarities, the smaller man said: "Follow me go down. Then we talk. You dare or not? If you dare..."
He stood up and raised his fist at the larger man, adding: "Punch you then you know."

The smaller man sat back down and asked the woman to sit down with him, but she remained standing and tried to explain to the larger man the seating situation that led to the argument.
But the two men continued to argue with the smaller man reiterating: "We're Singaporean. I'm not a Bangla."
The larger man claimed he had said sorry, but the other man refused to accept it.
He said: "You said you're sorry, but you think you're sorry. I quiet, right? I never scold you anything, right? But you keep pushing me."
The smaller man demonstrated how he was "pushed" on the seat.
He was still scolding the larger man when the video ends.
