Man hogs lane while skating on Guillemard Rd

Stomper Vincent was travelling along Guillemard Road on Sunday (May 14) at around 11.30am when he encountered a man skating and hogging the left-most lane of the road.
In the video the Stomper contributed, a man carrying a black and yellow backpack can be seen skating leisurely on the road.
According to the Road Traffic Act, roller-skates are classified as personal mobility devices and are not allowed for use on the road.
Said the Stomper:
"By right, they are not allowed to skate on the road.
"It is very dangerous for the man and for drivers."
