Man found dead at foot of block at Clementi St 14

Stomper Sam saw a man lying motionless at the foot of Block 103 Clementi Street 14 at 4.10pm yesterday (Dec 30).

The Stomper was walking his dogs when he saw the man near the void deck of that block.

He immediately alerted the police, who arrived and covered the body with a death tent.

They also cordoned off a section of the void deck.
