Man who allegedly molested 2 males at MBS faces 4 charges, including using criminal force

A 47-year-old man was handed four charges on Jan 16 for allegedly molesting two men, aged 30 and 31, at Marina Bay Sands on May 31, 2024.

The accused was charged with two counts of outrage of modesty, one count of using criminal force and one count of criminal trespass.

Four other men were also charged with outrage of modesty on the same day.

One 34-year-old man was accused of molesting a 19-year-old girl at a linkway at Buffalo Road on Jan 21, 2024.

Another man, 42, had allegedly molested a 22-year-old woman at a Raffles Link bar on June 14, 2024. He was charged with three counts of outrage of modesty and one count of intentional harassment.

Charged with one count of outrage of modesty was a 29-year-old man who had allegedly molested a 27-year-old woman at City Hall MRT station.

So was a 38-year-old man who was accused of molesting a 25-year-old woman at Suntec City on Dec 18.

The offence of outrage of modesty carries an imprisonment term of up to three years, a fine, caning or any combination.

The offence of criminal force carries an imprisonment for a tern up to three months, a fine up to $1,500 or both.

The offence of criminal trespass carries an imprisonment term up to three months, a fine up to $1,500 or both.

The offence of intentional harassment carries a fine up to $5,000, imprisonment for a term up to six months or both.
