Man dashes across road amid oncoming CBD traffic as another gives chase
A man was seen running across a road amid oncoming traffic in the Central Business District (CBD) on Jan 25, with another man on his tail.
Stomper Bronson told Stomp that the incident occurred near the IOB Building at Cecil Street at about 4.23am.
In a video captured by the Stomper's in-car camera, one man is seen dashing across the road as another gives chase.
The first man then runs behind the Stomper's vehicle, with the second man close behind.
A third man later appears to jog after the pair before the Stomper eventually drives off.
According to Bronson, the incident began after a man who appeared to be drunk was seen shouting and behaving aggressively in the area.
"He seemed angry about something," the Stomper said. "An innocent man walked past and I assumed he told him to relax."
This allegedly led to the man being chased.
"I wanted to help, but luckily I didn't," the Stomper added. "It seems like anyone who approached him would be harmed."
Stomp understands the police were not alerted to this incident.
