Man conveyed to CGH after car collides with taxi along Simei St 1

A Stomper alerted Stomp to an accident that occurred at around 7.40am today (May 26) along Simei Street 1 near Block 119, involving a black car and a taxi.
In the photo and video the Stomper contributed, three vehicles can be seen stationary along the road. The yellow taxi's rear bumper is badly damaged and what looks like a piece of the black car's front bumper can be seen on the road.
A police spokesperson told Stomp:
"On 26th May 2017 at 8.15am, the police were alerted to an accident involving a car and a taxi along Street 1 towards Simei Road.
"A 56-year-old man was conscious when conveyed to Changi General Hospital. Police investigations are ongoing."
