Man arrested for public nuisance after stripping down to underwear in Kallang Bahru
A 54-year-old man was arrested for public nuisance after stripping down to his underwear at Kallang Bahru on Monday afternoon (Apr 13).
Several Stompers alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that has been circulating online.
In the two-minute clip, the man is seen pulling his pants off his foot and swinging it at two community police officers.

He continues to walk along a line of shops at a HDB block before he is restrained by police officers.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance along Block 67 Kallang Bahru at 4.36pm.
"A 54-year-old man was subsequently arrested for public nuisance," a police spokesman said.
Police investigations are ongoing.
