Man and woman apprehended, assisting with investigations after suspected dispute in Yishun
A man and a woman were allegedly involved in a dispute at Block 275 Yishun Street 22 on April 1.
The police told Stomp that they received a call for assistance at about 7.20am.
A 37-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were apprehended under Section 7 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008.
"The man is also assisting with investigations for voluntarily causing hurt, while the woman is assisting with investigations for criminal intimidation," police added.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it assessed two people for minor injuries, but they declined conveyance to hospital.
A neighbour told Shin Min Daily News that she heard screaming earlier that day.
Police investigations are ongoing.
