Man, 49, found dead at Pioneer Crescent worksite, 42-year-old man arrested
A 49-year-old man was found lying motionless at a worksite at 15 Pioneer Crescent on Friday morning (Oct 1).
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at 8.59am.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene by a paramedic, a police spokesman said.
A 42-year-old man was subsequently arrested for rash act causing death.
Stomper Abraham alerted Stomp to the incident that happened at Allied Container Services Yard 8 and shared a photo of a body lying on the ground in front of a crane lifting a container.
"We do not know if the man who died is a driver or surveyor," he said.
Police investigations are ongoing.
