Lorry crashes into Marine Parade road divider in accident involving 3 other vehicles
A lorry was involved in an accident with three cars in Marine Parade on the morning of Aug 16.
Stomper Jason shared a video and photos of the accident's aftermath with the lorry on the road divider. An ambulance was at the scene.
He said it happened in front of Block 74 Marine Drive.
"A lorry mounted the kerb, hit the road divider and then hit the white and blue cars," recounted the Stomper.
In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and police said they were alerted to the accident along Marine Parade Road towards Amber Road at about 9.40am.
SCDF assessed three people for minor injuries, but they declined to be taken to the hospital.
The 44-year-old male lorry driver is assisting with police investigations, which are ongoing.
