Litterbugs treat grass patch along Chin Swee Rd as rubbish dump

Stomper Jung alerted Stomp to serial litterbugs who will regularly throw their rubbish at the grass patch located near the pavilion at Chin Swee Road Block 52.
In the photo Jung contributed, taken on Tuesday (May 23) at around 7pm, tissue paper, plastic bottles and plastic bags can be seen among the trash strewn around the grass patch.
Said the Stomper:
"The junk is cleared regularly but the issue continues to persist.
"It has been like this for at least two years."
