Stomper Raven was shocked to see six young boys playing on Block 183 Yung Sheng Road carpark roof to play, despite the downpour yesterday (Dec 22) at 2.30pm.
Said the Stomper:
"Due to the rain, the carpark rooftop floor was wet.
"Who is going to be responsible for this if the kids fall from the roof?"
