How did driver end up 'stranded' on pedestrian walkway at V Hotel Lavender?

How did he get there?

A car driver was seen trying to navigate its way out of the the V Hotel Lavender building in Jellicoe Road on March 6.

Stomper Billy shared a video of the incident at around 6pm, showing the car on a pedestrian walkway, in front of a bakery.

The commotion had drawn a small crowd of onlookers and staff in uniform can be seen trying to help.

Billy said: "The driver drove up the pavement and got 'lost'. No one was hurt and security officers guided the driver out.

"I was surprised and shocked because how does one drive up that pavement?"

That's a good question, especially considering the bollards at the incident site.
