The ground floor of Block 129 Bedok Reservoir Road was flooded during heavy rain in the early hours of March 23.
Stomper Anere shared a video of the flooding in the lift lobby and beyond the block.
The Meteorological Service Singapore had warned about moderate to heavy thundery showers from 12.15am to 1.45am.
National water agency PUB advised avoiding Mountbatten Road and Jalan Seaview due to risk of flash floods.

Days earlier, due to heavy rainfall during the monsoon surge on March 19 and 20, PUB issued flood risk warnings for several locations that included Mountbatten Road and Jalan Seaview as well.
