GrabCar vehicle's tyre rolls off, leaving passenger stranded on highway

Mr Chai was going to meet a few friends when his journey halted because a tyre rolled from underneath the GrabCar vehicle he was in, on a highway.
He posted a picture about it in a tweet yesterday (Dec 19) at 5.47pm.
According to him, the tyre 'flew off' and he needed to get help.
He mentioned that he was safe and eventually booked another GrabCar.
A comment asked if the GrabCar picked him up in the middle of the highway but it has gotten no response so far.
