Is he 'pho'-real? The 'last noodle-bender' shows off his skill

This man shows off his incredible noodle-making skills in a video posted by Living in Asia Ironically.

The noodle-maker "dances" as he flings the noodles into the air and into the boiling water a few feet away. The signboard of the shop reads "one strand noodle".

The videographer can be heard saying: "He's making the noodles dance. You could say he's the best in China."

He is making "la mian", roughly translated to "pulled noodles", which is made by twisting, stretching and folding the dough into strands.

This unique way of making noodles originated from China.
